1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• If delays occur due to stock or courier issues, our team will notify you via email or SMS.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Punjab: 1–3 business days
• Sindh & KPK: 2–5 business days
• Balochistan & AJK: 3–6 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight and location. We strive to offer affordable and transparent rates for every order.

Free shipping may be available during special promotions or campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this tracking number to monitor your order on the courier’s official website.

6. Packaging & Safety

All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, contact us immediately with photos and your unboxing video.

7. Missed Deliveries & Returns

• If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, the courier will make at least one more attempt.
• Returned packages may require re-shipping fees if the address or details provided were incorrect.

8. Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery with your order number and relevant details.
