Return & Refund Policy

At Mobency Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to help with smooth and fair return, exchange, and refund processes.

1. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • All accessories and manuals must be included.
  • An unboxing video is required for any damage or wrong item claim.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items after delivery.
  • Sale or promotional items.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products like earbuds or AirPods, unless defective.

4. Return Shipping

A flat Rs. 200 return shipping fee applies to all returns and exchanges.

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Mobency Store will cover the shipping cost.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for:

  • Defective or malfunctioning items.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Color or variant exchange (based on availability).

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified via email. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders).
  • Refunds take 7–14 business days to reflect.
  • The Rs. 200 shipping fee is non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and order number.
